Welcome to Sengerio
Every day, you manage requests, quotations, drivers, vehicles, and customers. Sengerio is designed to turn all of that into a simple, organized process that stays under control.
To get started, you'll only need three things: a vehicle, a driver, and a booking.
In less than ten minutes, you'll create your first complete service and discover the operational workflow that will support your business every day.
1. Create Your First Vehicle
Your vehicle is the heart of your fleet.
Open the Fleet app and click the + button.
Enter:
-
the vehicle code;
-
the license plate number;
-
the vehicle type (for example, Minibus or Coach);
Click Save.
If you'd like to make your fleet more recognizable, you can also upload a photo of the vehicle.
Perfect. Your first vehicle is ready.
2. Add Your First Driver
Now you need someone to take passengers to their destination.
Open the People app and click the + button.
Enter:
-
first name;
-
last name;
-
phone number.
Save the profile and, if available, add a photo of the driver.
Sengerio now knows both the vehicle and the person who will be driving it.
3. Create Your First Quote
Imagine a customer calls to request a service.
Open the Charters app, go to the Quotes section, and click +.
Fill in the main details:
-
customer name;
-
requested vehicle type;
-
service type (Transfer, Tour, or other);
-
route;
-
estimated service dates.
Then move to the Pricing section.
Enter the service price and let Sengerio automatically calculate the total amount.
Later, you'll also be able to create custom rate cards and automate pricing even further.
Once you're done, save the quote.
To send it to the customer, open the menu, select Generate Document, and share it directly.
Now all that's left is to wait for confirmation.
4. Turn the Quote into a Booking
When the customer accepts your offer, there's no need to enter the information again.
Open the quote, access the menu, and select Confirm Booking.
With a single click, the quote becomes an operational booking.
5. Assign the Vehicle and Driver
Now it's time to organize the trip.
Open the Operations tab and click Assign.
Select:
-
the most suitable vehicle;
-
the driver who will perform the service.
Your booking is now fully scheduled.
You can also send the customer a summary including the assigned vehicle and driver, providing an even more professional experience.
6. Communicate with the Driver
Your driver needs all the information required to perform the service.
Click the blue icon next to the driver's name or send an operational email.
Through the Sengerio Driver app, the driver can access:
-
schedules;
-
itinerary;
-
customer information;
-
pickup locations;
-
operational notes.
All details remain available and up to date directly on their smartphone.
7. Invoice the Service
The trip has been completed.
Now there's only one thing left to do: get paid.
Open the booking menu and select Invoice.
Sengerio will automatically create the invoice using all the information already stored in the booking.
Review the document, save it, and send it to the customer.
The service is complete.
Congratulations!
